Who am I?

I’m grateful to have worked with super talented people and highly successful brands, answering the question “How do we achieve sustainable growth?”.

This includes a decade at Amazon, where I was a problem solver for a billion € business, delivering on stretch targets, empowering high-performing teams, and embedding better ways of working.

Over this time I’ve become convinced that meaningful, scalable growth was a direct result of engaging the right people, with the most effective tools and a clear mission they understand and sign-up to.

Sounds obvious I know. Create the conditions that enable good talent to blossom into superstars, accompanied by the best operational scaffolding and you see performance skyrocket.

However, knowing how to hold the needs of the business and of the person at the same time, is a sensitive balance. My experience as a leader in the retail world and as a human behaviour enthusiast, helps me do just that. It’s the sweet spot I’m passionate about.

Now I get to partner with amazing founders and business leaders to set good companies and great people up for success - so the work becomes more fulfilling, efficient and productive. This sets the whole organisation up to scale with speed while keeping the brand story at the heart.

Most importantly, I understand that allowing someone into a business that is held so close by so many, to be curious and suggest change, is no small thing. Building trust is fundamental and I approach all partnerships with the awareness and sensitivity they deserve.
